1. Universal Service Terms (Applicable to All Services)

The following Service Terms regulate your utilization of the Services. Any capitalized terms used here but not defined are explained in the Customer Agreement or another agreement overseeing your Services usage (the “Agreement”). Within these Service Terms, “Your Content” encompasses both “Company Content” and “Customer Content,” while “WDLC Content” encompasses “WularData Properties.”

1.1. Software Transfer Restrictions:

You may not transfer any software (including accompanying documentation) acquired from us or third-party licensors in connection with the Services beyond the Services without explicit authorization.

1.2. Compliance with Technical Documentation:

Adherence to current technical documentation relevant to the Services, including user, admin, and developer guides on the WDLC Site at https://wulardata.com/kb (or any designated successor or related locations), is mandatory.

1.3. Information Provision for Verification:

You are obligated to provide information or materials related to Your Content, as reasonably requested by us, to verify your compliance with the Agreement. Cooperation is expected to identify the source of any Services-related issues tied to Your Content or end user materials under your control.

1.4. Management of Prohibited Content:

You are responsible for maintaining licenses and complying with license terms for any software you run. In the event of Prohibited Content, we will notify you and may request its removal. Failure to act within 2 business days may result in us removing or disabling access to the content or suspending Services. Immediate action may be taken for illegal content, content threatening Services, or as per applicable law or governmental orders.

1.5. Accuracy of Provided Information:

Information submitted to us via the WDLC Site (e.g., during registration or requests for increased usage limits) must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.

1.6. Scheduled Maintenance and Upgrades:

We may apply Maintenance to the Services and WDLC Content. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide prior notice for scheduled Maintenance. You agree to comply with any Maintenance requirements notified to you.

1.7. Confidentiality of WularData Information:

Unless required by law, you agree not to disclose WDLC Confidential Information as defined in the WDLC Customer Agreement if your Agreement lacks a provision on WDLC Confidential Information or an effective non-disclosure agreement.

1.8. Benchmarks and Comparative Tests:

Performing Benchmarks of the Services requires disclosure of all necessary information to replicate the Benchmark. We may also perform and disclose results of Benchmarks for your products or services.

1.9. WularData Contracting Party Obligations:

Obligations for each WDLC account belong solely to the applicable WularData Contracting Party as defined in the Customer Agreement. The WDLC Contracting Party for an account may change as specified in the Agreement.

1.10. Associated Services:

When using a Service, you may need to use one or more Associated Services, subject to the terms and fees governing each respective Associated Service.

1.11. Responsibilities Regarding Personal Data:

When processing the personal data of End Users or identifiable individuals using a Service, you are accountable for supplying legally sufficient privacy notices and securing necessary consents for data processing. Your representation to us includes providing all required privacy notices and obtaining essential consents, with a commitment to process such data in accordance with applicable laws.

1.12. Service Credit for Unavailability:

Should you incur charges for a Service during a period of unavailability, as defined in the relevant Service Level Agreement, you have the

Upon closure of your WDLC account, deletion of Your Content will adhere to the technical documentation applicable to the Services.

1.14. Promotional Credits:

Your receipt and utilization of Promotional Credits are subject to the WDLC Promotional Credit Terms & Conditions.

1.15. Payment Currency:

These clauses detail the use of a Currency Service for payment in specific currencies, outlining invoicing and payment terms.

1.16. Intellectual Property License:

By accessing and using WDLC Content or Services, you agree to abide by the terms of the Intellectual Property License.
