    These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wulardata.com and its sub-domains (the "Website"), operated by Wular Data Lake Private Limited ("WularData", "we" or "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Your purchase and use of WularData services is governed separately by our Customer Agreement and related policies at wulardata.com/legal.

    1. Use of the Website

    You may use the Website for lawful purposes, to learn about our services, to contact us and to manage your account. You must not:

    • use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or our Acceptable Use Policy;
    • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the Customer Portal, our servers or any connected system;
    • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or carry out any attack on the Website;
    • use automated tools to scrape, crawl or copy the Website's content in bulk, other than through standard search-engine indexing; or
    • submit false information through any form on the Website.

    2. Information on the Website

    We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Service descriptions, specifications, data centre details and prices may change without notice. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. A price or specification on the Website is not an offer; the terms of your service are confirmed in your Order or quotation.

    The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design and software, are owned by or licensed to WularData and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. "WularData" and the WularData logo are trademarks of Wular Data Lake Private Limited. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

    The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites, their content or their privacy practices. A link does not imply our endorsement.

    5. Your submissions

    When you submit an enquiry, quote request or other information through the Website, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We will handle any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    9. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Customer Agreement where it applies, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
